Vendor Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) & Answers
When can Vendor's start to set their display/booth up?
We ask Vendor's to setup on Friday, starting around 7:00am and be completed by 5:00pm that evening. On show days, we ask that any vehicles that have been used in the morning to stock your display, be removed no later then 8:30am so the Show Park Director can ensure the show grounds are safe for show patrons.
How do Vendor's gain access to the show grounds and parking?
A vehicle dash pass should have been sent to you with your confirmation. Just print the dash pass off and display it in vehicles that will be used by Vendor workers only. If you have not received this dash pass, please contact the Show Park Director, Lee Grant.
Can I park my vehicle in the Vendor area?
We ask that only vehicles that are critical to the running of your booth or display, such as perishable cold storage, be parked in the Vendor area. All other vehicles MUST be parked in the Vendor parking location. Airshow personal can assist with transportation of goods from the Vendor parking location to your display. Public safety is priority number one for show staff and we appreciate your understanding of this.
Will we be assigned Vendor locations?
Due to limited space in the Vendor display area, and the complexities required to leave enough space for parking trailers and other display setup issue's, we will place Vendor's on a first come, first serve basis. A select few have been assigned a location in advance due to their connection with other air show displays and or further support of the show. Every effort will be made to keep vendors selling the same product to be separated as much as possible.
Is there power and hydro?
Vendor's are responsible for their own power. We suggest a quiet generator or a noise blocking wall be used to limit noise for spectators and or other Vendors and display's. Limited water can be provided, but is not potable or suitable for sanitary use and or for cleaning of supplies. The show will not be responsible for supplying hot water for cleaning.
Will garbage receptacles be provided?
Each Vendor is expected to supply their own garbage receptacle's and bags. Air Show staff will remove garbage and dispose of in our large waste removal area.
